Chenoa Information Services has developed a powerful, 'intelligent' forms management and completion system specifically designed for the financial services industry. We believe that our system, Avenel, strengthens the relationship between broker dealers and financial advisors by providing complete, compliant, consistent custodian and agency forms.

Avenel is a web based system that provides a financial advisor an easy to use application that utilizes existing client data and captures investment data resulting in a complete set of completed forms. It is a significant savings in time and effort. It takes the guess work out of determining which forms are required and what fields need to be populated when signing up a new client or assisting an existing client in managing and updating their investment portfolio and strategies.

Avenel is built on a flexible Services Oriented Architecture using web-services, industry standard XML and XSL. It is made up of a set of design-time and run-time components. Design-Time components are configured during the initial setup of Avenel, it is the designing phase of the forms where mapping and rules are applied.
