As part of our Rules Engine services and capabilities, we have developed a powerful platform for Claims Auto-Adjudication. For a leading home healthcare benefits management company that coordinates delivery of post-hospitalization patient care through a nationwide network of service providers, we developed a business rules management system platform (BRMS) that automatically generates authorizations for incoming claims. The solution confirms in-network provider, covered services, and if authorizations are automatically available. The BRMS has successfully increased claim auto-adjudication, reduced claim payment cycles and enhanced accuracy.
