Raj Devi
Founder and CEO
Raj Devi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chenoa. His strategic vision, innovative leadership and experience has driven the growth and expansion of Chenoa in US, India and Turkey. Before founding Chenoa, Raj was Vice President at AIG; he led operations and technology projects to implement insurance business solutions globally. Prior to AIG, he directed sales force automation and portfolio management initiatives at Prudential Investment. Over the last twenty years, he has been involved in designing and developing enterprise class systems for financial, insurance and other industry verticals.
Raj holds an MBA in Information Technology from State University of New York and Bachelors of Technology from IIT Bombay.

Niku Trivedi
Co-Founder and Executive Vice President
Niku is the Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of Chenoa. He oversees the strategic business development and sales at Chenoa. He provides services and sales strategy across multiple geographies, building long term relationships with blue chip clients and leadership for the professional services division of Chenoa. He also focuses on strategic alliances and merger and acquisitions for growth in the international markets. Prior to Chenoa, Niku led the growth of LDP Inc, a consulting firm focused in financial services.
Niku has completed his Mechanical Engineering from India. |

Sanjay Das
Chief Technology Officer
Sanjay is the Chenoa’s Chief Technology Officer where he is deeply involved in the architecting and developing innovative solutions that can utilize an optimum blend of Open Source products and custom components for emerging business requirements. During his more than 20 years of technology experience, Sanjay has been involved in the architecture, development and implementation of Equity, Derivatives and Forex based trading systems at leading wall street Brokerage Houses & Investment Banks. |

Michael Fortino
Vice President, Sales
Mike has over 20 years of industry experience and manages Chenoa’s Sales and Marketing team. As Vice Presdent, Sales, Mike is responsible for all sales activity, and go-to market product strategies. He also manages strategic accounts for Chenoa. Previously he was the President of QCC, Inc, a professional services firm. Prior to that he was Director of Information Systems at Verizon Wireless. Mike has lead marketing, product management and business development in Customer Care, Billing, Provisioning, Financial, Operational, Wireless and Document Management systems. |

Anil Singh,
Director, Program Management
Anil Singh is Chenoa’s Global Director for program management. Anil oversees all of the Chenoa’s development effort from Mumbai and New Jersey development centres. He provides guidance to build and improve process to develop and deliver software services and solutions of high quality at an optimal cost. Anil also works with the management team to evaluate and drive new strategic business opportunities, including strategic alliances and mergers and acquisitions. Anil has over 10 years of IT experience which involves managing, designing and developing enterprise software solutions in Insurance, HealthCare and HR industry.
Anil is Bachelor of Technology from IIT Kanpur, India. |

Parag Doshi
Director, Mumbai, India
Parag heads operations of Mumbai delivery centre. Parag brings in his vast experience in running offshore operations and developing process-oriented business solutions using leading-edge technologies. Prior to Chenoa, Parag was the COO at Savex Softech Pvt. Ltd, and provided strategic directions in terms of business growth in the Indian, US and Middle East markets for software services. He has been associated with Morgan Stanley, India; heading the end user applications development initiative.
Parag has completed his MS in Computer Science from University of Houston and engineering from University of Mumbai.
