Raj Devi
Co-Founder, CEO
Raj Devi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chenoa. His strategic vision, innovative leadership and experience has driven the growth and expansion of Chenoa in US, India and Turkey. Before founding Chenoa, Raj was Vice President at AIG. He led operations and technology operations and implemented global insurance business solutions. Prior to AIG, Raj directed sales force automation and portfolio management initiatives at Prudential Investments. Over the last twenty years, he has been involved in designing and developing enterprise class systems for financial, insurance and other industry verticals.
Raj earned his MBA in Information Technology, State University of New York and a Bachelors of Technology from IIT Bombay, India.

Niku Trivedi
Co-Founder, Executive Vice President & COO
Niku is the Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of Chenoa. His primary focus is Chenoa’s global business development initiatives. As a result of Niku's efforts, Chenoa is able to offer our clients a broad range of business and technology solutions that meets their current and future needs. His development of strategic alliances and partnerships has resulted in multiple merger and acquisitions for Chenoa sustaining our growth in US and international markets. Prior to Chenoa, Niku was a member of the senior management team at LDP Inc., a financial services consulting firm.
Niku earned his Mechanical Engineering Degree from India. |

Michael Fortino
Executive Vice President, Client Solutions Management
Mike has over 25 years of Information Technology experience and is responsible for Chenoa’s Account Management, Marketing and Sales operations. Mike's primary focus is managing Chenoa’s client relationships and ensuring a high quality of delivery and information technology services. Previously, Mike was Principal, Managing Partner of Quantum Consulting Corporation, Inc. and Director of Information Services, Verizon Wireless. His prior experience has also included software development, marketing, product management and business development in the Shipping, Manufacturing, Wireless Telecommunications, Healthcare, Insurance, Pharmaceutical and Government markets.

Sanjay Das
Chief Technology Officer
Sanjay is the Chenoa’s Chief Technology Officer responsible for technology innovation and architecture. His charter is to research, recommend and develop client solutions that are an innovative blend of usability, practicality, cost effectiveness and result in a competitive advantage for our clients. He has a broad and deep expertise in open source as well as commercial software technologies applicable to critical business operations. During his more than 20 years of information technology experience, he has contributed significantly in the architecture, development and implementation of Equity, Derivatives and Forex based trading systems at leading Wall Street Brokerage Houses & Investment Banks.

Anil Singh,
Director, Program Management
Anil Singh is Chenoa’s Global Director for program management. Anil oversees all of the Chenoa’s development programs that include Chenoa’s Mumbai and New Jersey development centers. He is directly responsible for providing guidance, innovation and process improvements to our Software Development Life Cycle methodologies and practices. Anil also contributes to evaluation of new strategic business opportunities, alliances, mergers and acquisitions. Anil has over 10 years of Information Technology experience including managing, designing and developing enterprise software solutions within the Insurance, HealthCare, Financial and Human Resource industries.

Parag Doshi
Director, Operations - Mumbai, India
Parag leads Chenoa’s Mumbai operations and software delivery center. He possesses vast experience in managing offshore operations and creating efficient teams with the right talent to develop and deliver process-oriented business solutions using leading-edge technologies. Prior to Chenoa, Parag was the COO at Savex Softech Pvt. Ltd, where he provided strategic direction in terms of business growth in the Indian, US and Middle East markets for software services. Parag has also worked at Morgan Stanley, India, leading multiple end user applications development initiatives.
Parag earned his BS in Engineering from University of Mumbai, India and MS in Computer Science from University of Houston.
