The client expressed a desire to revamp their existing agent portal, with the goal of creating a Digital Experience platform (user engagement layer) that provides a superior and personalized experience for agents to engage with Solartis (policy admin system) and other components of their core system.
The Approach
To address the client’s needs, our team developed a rate/quote/bind solution with complex integration into their new policy admin system. Our development platform of choice was Unqork, chosen for its flexibility, fast time-to-market, and ease of styling. The solution provides agents with the ability to quickly quote and bind policies, with defaults in place for added efficiency.
One of the most remarkable aspects of our solution was the seamless integration with various third-party services such as Google Places, Verisk/ISO 360, and Salesforce. Agents are able to search and confirm addresses, receive the latest property data, update property details, choose from a selection of numerous carriers, utilize multiple quotes to ensure the best for the Insured, bind the quote, and renew, pay, and endorse policies.

As a result of our efforts, our client has experienced a marked improvement in efficiency and scalability. The enhanced agent experience has allowed for quicker and more accurate quote options to bind, while the all-in-one platform enables the addition of new product lines with ease.
