The Problem
Like many other EHR product companies, our client’s workflows were hampered by constantly changing compliance requirements regardless of how they impacted productivity. Over time this resulted in “death by a thousand clicks” for doctors and their administrative staff. Realizing the challenge as an opportunity, our client engaged with our Product Engineering team to help in modernizing their user interface to significantly reduce time spent in the EHR and combat physician burnout.
